The ideal care for dental and oral health:
-
Brushing the teeth at least twice
daily, using tooth paste that contains fluoride. It is advisable to
brush after lunch and before going to bed.
-
Brushing in the right way. It is
preferable that you consult your dentist about the correct way to
brush your teeth.
-
Washing the mouth twice daily with an
antiseptic mouth wash in order to prevent gingivitis and dental
decay.
-
Using floss to clean the surfaces
between the teeth.
Eat healthy balanced food and reduce
snacks between the main meals, cutting on sweets and carbohydrates.
Visit the dentist regularly for a check up and dental cleaning
(preferably every 4 to 6 months).
Ask the dentist about the most effective oral-care products for the
patient’s condition.
Don’t hesitate to call your dentist for inquiry or help on any oral or
dental problem.

The ideal way for tooth brushing:

Hold the brush on the gum-line at a 45 degree angle.
Make sure the brush touches the teeth surface and the gum, move the
brush gently up and down, making circular movements on the inner and
outer surface of the teeth.

Repeat the process on the next group of teeth, so that each time 2-3
teeth are cleaned.

Hold the brush perpendicularly behind the front teeth. Move it up and
down using its front part.
Hold the brush on the occluding surface of the teeth and move it gently
back and forth. Clean the teeth by moving the brush from the back to the
front in order to remove the odor produced by the bacteria plaque.
